Group Training

At AddVenture Training we are passionate about health and adventure; our group training services are designed to ensure you experience both.

Based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs (Centennial Park) and Inner West (Rozelle); or start your own private group at a convenient time and location; we have a variety of group training squads and clinics for running, strength and conditioning, mountain biking, kayaking and navigation.

At AddVenture Training we:

Our core group training services include the following:

Running Squad

A combination of active stretches, drills, speed and agility exercises integrated into various conditioning sessions aimed at increasing your running technique, speed and endurance.

Sessions: Mon 6:15-7:15am
Thu 6:15-7:15am
Sat 8:00-9:30am

Strength Squad

A combination of flexibility, core conditioning and strength exercises integrated into various sessions aimed at increasing your strength, muscular endurance, stability and flexibility.

Sessions: Tue 6:15-7:15am
Fri 6:15-7:15am

Weekend Squad

A variety of exciting weekend sessions including runs, mountain bike rides, paddles and navigation challenges in and around Sydney; aimed to prepare you specifically for any upcoming events.

Mountain Biking Squad

A specialist squad targeted at those who want to take their fitness to the next level in preparation for our upcoming mountain bike events. Sessions are aimed at increasing your riding technique, speed and endurance.
